KickBoxing & Muay Thai

6am BoxFit Classes

  • Tuesday and Thursday at 6am

  • early morning group exercise classes for Adults and children

    • classes incorporate martial arts and traditional gym/calisthenic exercise

    • great for building physical fitness-

    • ideal start to the day

    • great class for meeting new people

    • participation is relaxed and delivers to all fitness levels

Wāhine Wednesday Classes

  • every Wednesday morning at 6am

  • early morning group exercise classes for women only

    • classes incorporate martial arts, circuit and traditional gym/calisthenic exercises-

    • great for building aerobic and muscular fitness

    • ideal start to the day in a fun and relaxed environment

    • great class for meeting new people

    • delivers to all fitness levels-

    • first session is free upon sign up

Kyokushin Karate Classes

  • Monday & Wednesday

    . children at 4.30pm

    . adults at 5.30pm

  • group classes for adults and children

      • focuses on traditional formalised Japanese martial arts training

      • great for building physical fitness, self confidence, and discipline

      • ideal for learning self defence skills

      • Children Mon and Wed 4.30pm - 5.30pm 

      • Adults Mon and Wed 5.30pm 6.30pm-

      • classes run on a koha (gold coin donation basis)

Personal Training

  • one on one or group classes (5 max)

      • great for achieving individual fitness goals

      • can incorporate both martial arts and traditional gym training

      • tailored to suit participant needs

      • sessions run for one hour

      • no one offs or stand alone sessions (must be weekly)

Kids Movement

  • every Tuesday at 4pm

  • group classes for children aged 3 to 5 yrs old

    • relaxed delivery using movement through games and activities

    • focuses on following instructions and learning dojo rules

    • great way to introduce children to the dojo environment

    • ideal for developing independence and coping strategies

    • must be a parent present during class
